Over the last 2 years I fell into a trap that sinks businesses faster than Jackie Robinson.
A trap so painstaking to any business owner that it can sometimes feel impossible to get out of…
Back in 2016, I ran into this blog post from DigitalMarketer and my life changed forever.

At the time I was a struggling web designer and that blog post was the piece of content that opened my eyes to how “little guys” like me can grow and scale a company (without needed any outside funding).
Kinda cool, right?
But what would happened after is where things changed.
Shortly after reading the blog post I ran across ClickFunnels and I started going mad.
I spent the next little while obsessing over everything ‘sales funnels.’
Even when I wasn’t working, I was trying to explain them to my friends… family… basically anyone I came in contact with!
(sound familiar to anyone else?)
It’s like I had just found the 8th wonder of the world and was just trying to get the people closest to me to see it too.
When they didn’t, I retreated.
I crawled into my cave and got busy building.
Every day was a new day to build funnels.
For myself… for clients… even sometimes for FREE…
My cave became a home and, before I knew it, I had a problem on my hands that is all too common for most business owners who are trying to market & sell online:
I had a ClickFunnels account FULL of funnels that weren’t doing shit for me!
Several dozen funnels later I was sitting there… face in my palms… realizing that my dream of being “one funnel away” was slipping out of my grasp…
…and not for the reason you’re probably thinking.
I DO, in fact, believe that you’re one funnel away from changing your life.
Crucify me if you must, but I’ve seen it time and time again.
Digital nobody becomes “overnight” millionaire because of one funnel in their business.
But where most people get mixed up is that the “one funnel” that takes off for them is the ONE FUNNEL that they focused on optimizing…
It’s the ONE FUNNEL they actually stick with and see it through…
The ONE FUNNEL they obsess over and don’t let shiny objects get in the way of…
So here’s why I’m telling you this:

I’m simplifying my business.

So I’m gonna focus on LESS and my “hypothesis” is that it’s gonna do MORE for me, my business, and my audience (you)
And yes, I’m a direct-response and funnel geek…
…which means I’m still gonna have the occasional affiliate bridge page or (because “side hustle money” pays for my food, gas, and rent each month and I’m not giving that up 😂).
But I’m focusing on simplifying my business so I can show up for YOU in a big way.
