The weather here in Boise is gettin’ a little bi-polar.
Saturday I went golfing with a few friends… walked all 18th holes and got a nice sunburn on my neck…
yet last week the weather was wetter than a pre-teens first kiss!
Make up your mind Mother Nature.
This flip-floppin’ weather got me thinkin’ about something important the other day.
Have you ever felt like your business isn’t moving in the right direction…?
Maybe you’re learning all of these crazy cool new things yet none of them seem to work?
If so, I’ve been there.
(and it sucks)
but it comes down to one simple thing:
Us entrepreneurs have to learn in sequence.
And that “sequence” is broken down into distinct “seasons” at every single point in your business.
Where business owners run into trouble is when they’re preparing for winter when the summer sun just started shinin!
So, last week I filmed a new podcast episode about the different seasons you’ll face (and how to know what to do during each of ’em):
Your growth depends on knowing which season you’re in (as well as your sanity).
When you listen to this episode, I want you to reply to this email and let me know which season of entrepreneurship you’re in… deal?
Rooting you on,
Austin “Four Seasons” Dixon
