Fact: There’s only 3 things you need to do to build a wildly successful business.

What’s up… Austin here and I wanna share something with you today that revolutionized the way I look at business.

Once I learned this, my entire business shifted!

It’ll be short and sweet…just like the cute blonde in my apartment complex ๐Ÿ˜‰

“The ONLY 3 Things You Must Do If You Want To Have An Endless Stream Of Income”

Thing #1: Increase the number of leads

This is so elementary that the majority of business owners have no clue what they’re doing in this arena… no joke!

You can’t sell to someone who hasn’t expressed interested in your niche.

You wouldn’t sell a hot dog to a vegetarian, would you?

The first thing you have to do if you wanna grow your business is generate qualified leads that you can nurture.

Focus on providing free content that’ll attract your dream customers/clients (which will make Thing #2 easier)…

Thing #2: Convert leads into customers

Arguably the hardest part of business is getting someone to pull out their wallet and pay you for the first time.

In an ideal world, you create an offer so sexy that it’s a no-brainer for EVERYONE who comes across your brand to buy from you.

Unfortunately, not everyone is gonna buy from you (and that’s ok)!

Focus on converting your leads into actual paying customers…even if they’re buying something from you for $1 or paying just for shipping.

This fundamentally changes their relationship with you as it’s wayyyyy easier to sell to an existing customer than it is cold traffic.

Thing #2.5 (lol): Increase the AOV of each customer

AOV = Average Order Value

Once you have a proven system that converts leads into customers, it’s your job to figure out how you can increase the amount of $ each of those customers spends with you.

Provide upsells and downsells that are complimentary to what they bought on the front-end and make sure these products solve different pain points…

…unless you’re doing ecommerce (example: if they bought supplements from you on the front end, sell them MORE SUPPLEMENTS).

Thing #3: Increase the frequency (# of times they buy)

Once you have customers, sell more schtufffff to them.

They want it.

They need it.

Build other products or look into creating some sort of continuity program (a subscription, a membership, etc).

When you can find a product that you can re-bill a customer for, your job becomes a whole lot easier because now all you have to do is make sure you keep them happy ๐Ÿ™‚

Do those 3 things and you will be in good shape!
