I’ve been doing a lot of coaching inside our OfferLab program and there’s a common “theme” I see pop up.
So, in this email I wanna tell you EXACTLY what I’d do to make $10,000 in the next 6 days.
is that cool with you?
This isn’t some hoopla that’s gonna leave you wanting more…
…it’s a proven strategy that I’ve seen work time-and-time-again to generate fast cash.
(even if you don’t have a product ready-to-sell yet)
Here’s the action plan:
Day #1 I would obsess over figuring out my market and my dream customer.
I read a great post recently from a dude named Mitch that was on the money.
He said you should never start writing copy until you understand the “inner dialogue” that’s happening inside of your prospects mind.
So I’d spend the first day determining 1) who my dream customer is and 2) what my ‘big promise’ is gonna be.
I’d also send out an email… post on FB… etc. with a “I’m thinking about sharing [THIS THING]… who’s interested” post.
Once validated, I move forward.
(if there’s no interest, it’s back to the drawing board and I may postpone until the following week)
Day #2 I would start creating my ‘big idea’…
^ this is where most “marketers” miss the mark.
They don’t take the time to position themselves against the competitors in a way that’s different…
…which means they end up recycling some form of the same shit to an already burnt-out market.
Once I have my big idea nailed down, I’m immediately posting on Facebook… sending an email to my list… etc… in order to start promoting a free training where I cover my ‘big idea.’
(HINT: Your big idea should make a promise to your audience of a result that they want)
I ask people to comment or DM me if they’re interested, and send them a Zoom registration link.
Day #3 is all about the offer.
I’d spend my time doing some research to figure out what my dream customer has already purchased to try to solve their problem.
By looking at what other ‘sellers’ are pitching, I’m going to create a “Blended Offer”…
I don’t have time to go into full detail in this email, but essentially I’ll take the “core” of what’s working in my market then sprinkle some shiny, new products on top!
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT start building any part of the offer. I simply pin-down (with data-backed accuracy) what my market would want to buy.
I will do another Facebook post… email… WhatsApp message… etc on this day to my organic audience teasing some of the content that will be on the training.
Days #4 and #5 are all about the content of my training.
Keep in mind that your “funnel” doesn’t have to be perfect… it just has to be profitable…
So during these two days I’m working on building the slides for my training.
Typically, I like to start with the Offer first.
(since it’s more of a ‘formula’.. it’s easy for me to build momentum if I start there)
In this case, since I don’t have the offer built I wanna push people to a phone call using a “Stealth Close” on the webinar.
This makes building the slides easier and will allow me to overcome objections a bit easier.
Then I’ll move to the Intro…
I’ll tune out EVERYTHING in my life (no phone, no texts, no Facebook) and I’ll get busy making sure that I can capture people’s attention from the moment they arrive on the training.
Most clients I’ve consulted have a 50%+ dropoff in the first 2 minutes of a webinar…
It’s absolutely crucial you engaged people from the beginning and help them understand how their life will change if they stick around.
The Introduction takes a lot of ‘art’… but when crafted carefully can be the difference between a webinar that works and one that doesn’t.
After the intro, I’ll work on crafting the Content.
I’ll use a very simple framework I like to follow when I don’t have time to do heavy storytelling.
It looks like this:
> Big Myth
> Mistake(s) This Leads To
> Agitate The Pain
> Reveal The Truth
> Showcase Paradise
I’ll do this for each of the content “sections” and back it up with any relevant social proof.
On both of these days, I will promote the training organically using different angles (making sure to pre-frame the training).
Day #6… training day!
I wake up early (regardless of when I went to bed the night before) and start preparing my mind right away.
Online trainings require just as much heart as they do ‘art’… so I wanna make sure my body is prepped and ready-to-rock.
I’ll wake up… chug some water… hit the shower… drink my morning shake…
…then run through my slides.
I refresh myself on the content and make notes of any places where I run into ‘snags.’
I’ll also send out several emails… posts… etc. today to remind people to show up.
15 minutes before the training, I turn on “Eye of the Tiger” to get in state and pull my slides up on the screen.
IT’S GO TIME!!!
I go through the training… knowing that it won’t be perfect… but showing up 110% for everyone that attends with a burning desire to serve and transform the way they think.
At this point, if I did my job over the last 5 1/2 days then closing $10K should be a breeze.
Because my market validated the problem I’m trying to solve for them… and I created an offer that’s “adaptable”…
If I get people on the phone, I can “mold” my offer to fit their needs.
If I feel that they’re a good fit for a DFY solution… charging $5K… $10K+ is a no-brainer.
If I get enough calls scheduled, then I can go the done-with-you route…
^ the key here is to be transparent on the training and let people know this is a brand new offer that:
> isn’t built yet, which means they’ll get an “early movers” discount (reward)
> will be closed down within the next few days (urgency)
> *optional: is only available for X amount of people (scarcity)
At each ‘stage’ during this process, all I’m doing is reading the data that is coming from my market and adapting from there.
This is a proven model that I’ve seen work time and time again for myself, my clients, and even the people I personally buy from!
If you want help with structuring your training, let’s get you inside the LaunchPad program.
I don’t wanna see you go try this only to have people leave your training after the first 2 minutes…
The only question now is if you’d trade $997 for $10,000.
I’m not a genius, but even a broke gambler would tell you that’s a safe bet to make…
See you inside,
